Netex was founded in 1997 inspired by the success a year earlier, in the United States, from the provision of training services through the Internet. Today, with nearly 15 years of experience, it is one of the leading companies in Spain in the e-learning field.
2011
- The educational platform, Learning Fruit Central, was created to complement our solutions within the educational world. This year saw the signing of an agreement with Santillana, the biggest Spanish-speaking educational publishing house, to distribute our product in Spain and Latin America.
- The Learning Performance Institute accredits us as a technological supplier of e-learning and we are also included in the Leading Brands of Spain Forum.
2010
- The Ministry of Education awarded Netex the Sello Escuela 2.0, as public recognition of our commitment to developing and improving educational quality and the implementation of Escuela 2.0.

- Netex reached an agreement with Santillana to apply its line Learning Fruit to textbooks in web publishing format.
- Netex signed an agreement with the University of Deusto and the University of La Salle to develop a catalogue of enterprise content under the Learning Coffee philosophy.
- We received the InnovaG award for the best citizen-centered development by the digitalization of Santillana textbooks.

2008
2007
- Kubbe (first version of the current Learning Coffee LMS) is recognized as the best online application at the fifth edition of the Eganet awards, granted by the Association of Galician Companies dedicated to Internet and New Technologies. Netex also received a special award in recognition of its 10 years of existence.

2006
- It entered into 25% of the venture capital firm Vigo Activo. We are now Netex.
- The company reached an important phase of growth. We decided to initiate the development of products to supplement our income that was 100% service. A business plan was presented to develop an LMS management platform incorporating training philosophy 2.0.
2005
- We started working on the concept of “multi-device” for our software solutions and content. We were the first company in Spain to create for Telefónica educational content for the mobile.
- Our presence in major accounts such as Telefónica, Gas Natural, Repsol, etc. encouraged us to take the decision to open a commercial office in the north of Madrid.

2003
2000
- We focused our offer in technology services and e-learning content. We became a specialized partner of IBM implementing its solutions in the most important companies in Spain. Our content factory was born and we started collaborating with leading consultants.
1998
- As e-learning was still new in companies, we decided to acquire experience in offering one of the first Masters one could do on the Internet in Spain. We got the Galician Universities, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce (NY), and even the University of Cambridge to sign collaboration agreements with us.
1997
- Born under the brand name Fynet. The founding partners, experienced in the world of training and technology, decided to undertake this project at a time when the Internet became a common tool in business.
